Ron Mirenda began his career as an underwriter. An expert in analyzing deals quickly, Ron is equipped to address and solve any issues that arise along the way. For over 5 years, Ron was a state-certified general appraiser for every type of real estate in the market. He has the knowledge and expertise necessary to advocate for all of his clients’ real estate needs.

Ron uses the latest software and technologies, because he understands the importance of presenting financial information in a manner that resonates well with banks. Ron earned his B.A. degree in Business Economics from Brown University and currently serves on the Pinellas County Economic Development Council. With over 25 years of industry experience, Ron has held a number of honorable positions, including:
